Frequently Asked Questions

Who can benefit from ABA therapy?

ABA therapy is most often associated with supporting individuals with autism or other developmental differences, but its principles can benefit anyone who may need help with communication, behavior, or social skills.

How involved are parents and caregivers?

Very! We believe that progress happens when families are part of the process. You’ll receive consistent communication, hands-on training, and practical strategies you can use at home.

What happens during an initial assessment?

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with your family to learn more about your child’s strengths, goals, and needs. They’ll create a customized treatment plan designed to support meaningful growth. Depending on insurance, a diagnostic evaluation confirming an autism spectrum diagnosis may be needed to quality for ABA therapy. Contact us for more information.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we’re currently in-network with Aetna and Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and we also offer single-case agreement options. Our team will walk you through benefit verification before services begin.

How long does ABA therapy last?

The length and frequency of services depend on your child’s individualized goals and progress. This is why ongoing caregiver and team collaborations is an imperative part of our mission so that we are working together towards the same goals for your loved one!

What makes Variabilities different from other providers?
